Limited Lifetime Warranty
The wood structure manufactured by COUNTRY VIEW FURNITURE LLC is warranted to be free of defects for 20 years.
Seat foam has a 5 year warranty. Mechanisms and coil seat springs have a 3 year warranty. Any Electronic components in our furniture/mechanisms have a 1 year warranty. We suggest a weight limit of 300 lbs. on our furniture. We are not responsible for any accidents.
The warranty does not apply to fabrics or other covers on the furniture for wear, piling or color fastness; furniture which has been rented or used commercially; conditions resulting from negligence, improper use, alteration, fire or other casualties; furniture no longer in possession of original purchaser; furniture used by pets or in areas used by pets.
Our obligation under the Limited Warranty is to replace or repair at our option any parts (except fabrics and covers) of the furniture found to be defective in materials and workmanship upon examination by Country View Furniture LLC. Any repair not covered by the Warranty will be evaluated and charged accordingly. We are not responsible for shipping on any returns. You may be charged for parts and will be credited when the defective parts are returned.
